On implementation of requirements of Law of Ukraine «About banks and bank activity» from 07.12.2000 №2121-ІІІ and to Law of Ukraine “On joint-stock companies” from 17.09.2008 year № 514-VI, on November, 16, 2009 the Company limited liability «Fortune-bank» changed it legal form and name on the Public joint-stock company «Fortune-bank» and got new Testifying to state registration, as a public joint-stock company.

brief official name:JSС «Fortuna-bank».
Public joint-stock company «Fortune-bank» is the legal successor of all of rights and obligations of the Company limited liability «Fortune-bank» and all of agreements, celled to the change of the name, operates.

Rating Committee of “Credit-Rating” has decided on March 26, 2009 to upgrade credit rating “Fortuna-bank”. As the result: confirmation of the credit rating on a national scale in the investment level “uaBBB-”, rating outlook - stable. Stable outlook means the lack of current conditions for changing of the rating during the year. |
